Dinosaurs

Our curriculum is designed to develop and reinforce each toddler’s individual needs. Children participate in sensory-based learning experiences, while receiving positive, nurturing guidance.  Our teachers encourage the child to work at their own speed so they feel successful in the skills they are developing. Because this age group develops skills at an astonishing rate, we create individualized lesson plans that focus on each child's developmental progress. We incorporate gross motor, fine motor, social development, sensory, and language development into each and every day.

In Dinosaurs we work hard to learn our ABCs, numbers 1-10, our body parts, basic ASL, shapes and colors. We do weekly art themes that focus on the skills we are developing and use different materials throughout the week. We love to do sensory and gross motor play. It is important to our routines that we get outside and get messy everyday. For our self help development, we learn to use our utensils and drink from an open cup. We make mighty messes because we are THE DINOSAURS!
